Keri
Meet Keri, our Office Manager. She brings years of experience in the dental field, including a background as a Dental Hygienist for 20 years. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and positive environment for our patients and staff. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, road trips, and attending Christian concerts.
Kendra
Kendra has been with Gentle Dental Care since 2001 and has enjoyed getting to know all of our patients over the years. Her and her husband Kyle have been married since 1989. She has two children, Collin and Bayleigh, and two adorable grandsons Calvin and Ethan. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family, exercising, or being out on the lake.
Bryn
Bryn joined our Gentle Dental Care team in 2025. She brings with her five years of patient care and insurance specialist experience at a private practice in Waukesha. She has enjoyed getting to know Menomonie and the surrounding areas. She is originally from Southeast Wisconsin but has lived out of state and abroad as well. Traveling, baking, boating, reading and all things vintage brings her joy. However, nothing brings greater joy than her 11 nieces and nephews. Moving to Menomonie has brought her closer to her family and she spends most of her time out of the office with them.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin is our Implant and Sedation Coordinator. She joined our team in January of 2024. Kaitlin has ten-plus years of patient-focused treatment coordinating. Her favorite thing about working with patients is building relationships. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys scary movies, trying new recipes at home, and road trips with her husband and two dogs.

Bethany
Bethany received her associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 2019 from Chippewa Valley Technical College and joined our team in 2021. Her and her husband Nick live in Menomonie and welcomed their baby girl Lydia in 2025. They enjoy traveling, camping, seeing live music, spending time outdoors, and playing fetch with their dog Daisy. They are hoping to eventually see all fifty states!
Jenesa
Jenesa graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene in 2023. Jenesa strives to collaborate with her patients to provide quality dental care and education in order to achieve a healthy smile and overall wel- being. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors and sporting events with her boyfriend Carson. Together they have one dog – her name is Lucy and she is a cockapoo.
Jessie
Our dental hygienist, Jessie, has been in the dental field since 2019 and holds an associate’s degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College. She strives to ensure judgement-free dentistry focused on patient education and anxiety management to produce both comfort and health for her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, musicals and plays, and spending time with her husband, Simon!
Gracie
Gracie is local to the Menomonie area and graduated from the CVTC dental assistant program in December of 2024. Gracie joined the Gentle Dental Care team in January of 2025. Ever since she was in middle school, she knew that she wanted to go into the dental field after high school. Gracie is blessed to say that she absolutely loves what she does and truly couldn’t see herself working in any other field. One of her favorite parts of her job is the connections that she gets to form with patients. Outside of the office, Gracie can be found working on her handmade jewelry business, spending time with friends and family, listening to country music or attending a country concert!
Shayna
You will find Shayna in the back assisting our amazing doctors. She has been in the dental field for about 5 years now. She is so honored to be part of this talented team at Gentle Dental. She loves her job as a dental assistant because she has the opportunity to grow and learn new things everyday. Her goal is to get to know every patient on a personal level and make them feel comfortable and cared for at each appointment. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 15 year old son, Carson. She stays very busy with Carson’s school sports all year round. “ Go Huskeys!” Some of their favorite hobbies are kayaking, camping, side by side riding, snowmobiling, and riding motorcycles. She looks forward to meeting you and making sure you leave with a smile.
Brooke
As part of our expansion to our new office Brooke joined us in 2021 as the receptionist in our Durand office. Brooke grew up in Durand and still calls it home with her husband Trevor, along with their two children. Brooke has had many years in the dental field as she graduated from CVTC in 2003 with her Dental Hygiene degree so we are lucky to have her on the team! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, concerts, yoga and the outdoors. They especially enjoy frequenting the Chippewa River during the summer months.
Missy
Missy joined GDC in 2025 and has worked in the dental field for 32 years. She was a dental assistant for 10 years and worked 22 years in the office. Her and her husband Steve have 3 grown children that are all married and live in the Durand – Mondovi area. They have 4 grandchildren that they can’t get enough of. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends. They enjoy gardening and canning, fishing, taking rides in their Jeep Wrangler with the top down (weather permitting) on back roads and checking out new places in the surrounding area, traveling when we can and anything outdoors. She also likes to create greeting cards when time allows. It’s been great working in the dental field again and seeing so many familiar faces from her former office and she looks forward to meeting all the new patients also. She enjoys visiting with our patients so much and making them feel comfortable and is happy to be part of this team. She worked at Beltone (hearing center) and a physical/occupational/speech therapy office between working at the dental offices.
Nicci
Nicci (Niccole) grew up in Durand and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 1995. With over 30 years of experience, she still enjoys practicing. She and her husband Tony have two grown children, Andrew and Evan. Niccole enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs Holly & Lucy. She enjoys tropical fish keeping (two aquariums), gardening, camping, playing pool, fishing, turkey hunting, and playing cards. Together they also love going to RockFest each year along with other rock festivals and concerts.
Sandy
Sandy grew up in Arkansaw and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1980 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 2 grown children, Jena (Bryce) and Jenae (Travis) and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys being outside riding her UTV, kayaking, fishing, bonfires, spending time at her “She Shed”, and hunting turkey and deer. She also enjoys playing cards and taking yearly trips to a foreign country. The main thing on her bucket list is to visit all 50 states in the USA. She has 11 more states to visit before she reaches her goal.
Kayla
Kayla has been a dental assistant since 2014 and joined the Gentle Dental Care team in early 2020. Kayla is dedicated to providing patients with a comforting atmosphere and a positive dental experience. She grew up and still lives in the Durand area- a community she loves to call home. Kayla and her husband Tyler have two children and a yellow lab Tilly. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors camping, fishing, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
Peyton
Peyton joined Gentle Dental Care as a dental assistant in 2025. Her experience in the dental field began after graduating from Northwood Tech’s DA program in early 2022. She is passionate and has loved dentistry ever since! Originally from Chetek, she moved to this area, after getting engaged. In her free time she enjoys being with her fiancé, family, friends, and 2 labrador retrievers.
Amanda
Amanda grew up in Eau Galle, not far from Durand, and graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from CVTC in 2003. She joined our Durand team in early 2022 and believes in providing great, comfortable care individualized to each patient. She feels strongly that knowledge is power when it comes to oral health. She is really enjoying reconnecting with people from her hometown community. Amanda and her husband Paul enjoy watching their two children, Devin and Clare, participate in their local sports. Amanda also enjoys spending time with family, friends and the great outdoors!
Kenzie
Kenzie grew up in Kimball, Minnesota and moved to Menomonie in 2024. She graduated from Concordia College with a degree in Exercise Science in 2022 and joined the front desk team in 2025. Although new to the dental world, she is committed to making every patient’s visit the best part of their day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Hunter and her cat, Luna. You can also find her exercising, listening to true crime podcasts, traveling, detailing cars with her fiancé, and spending time with friends and family.
Jacie
Jacie grew up in Arkansaw and is a recent graduate of the CVTC Dental Hygiene program. She is also an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She joined our team in 2023 and is dedicated to creating a comfortable and positive experience while helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles! Jacie enjoys spending time with family, friends and being outside. Her favorite hobby is pickleball!
